I just checked it this morning by downloading from this link and from iTunes, both work fine. You may have gotten a bad copy from our media host Libsyn. Try clearing out your browser cache and temp files then try again.

Thanks for taking time to write. This episode was badly produced and that is on me. I actually do use Levelator every week, before I load the recordings in to GarageBand to put them all together.

Hi Bob,

I was listning to the podcast in the car today but due to the difference in sound it was very hard to do. Either I heard you ok and had Craig booming in my ear (not the most pleasant thing.. :) ) or had him normal and you whispering hardly hearable above the car noise.

However I solved it :). I downloaded Levelator, a free software that levels the sound out on podcasts. Convert to WAV, ran it in Levelator and resaved to mp3. Vola! Perfect level sound. Am I a dedicated listener or what!!

Try using Levelator or something similar every week. It will level out sound on things like music, telephone interviews and such. It's very easy and only takes an hour or so to go through. Combine w noise filter and you'll improve sound quality dramatically even when you have recording misfunctions.

Thank you for a great list guys...sometimes it's a bit tough getting some of these cigars up here in Canada (because I think a lot of B&M's up here focus on Cubans, which isn't a bad thing). I just need to make some extra trips to the US or get my friends to pick them up when they go down.

I'll be in Florida in August, so I will be bringing my wish list (on my Mobile Stogie app) along for the trip/

Sorry about the sound, we had some issues and I am working to get them corrected this week so that the Live version has full audio and we get a better balance on the recording.
