Cigar of the Week - Casa Magna No. 4. 

The Casa Magna line of cigars is the apotheosis of two of the greatest minds in the cigar industry. Manuel Quesada and Nestor Plascencia have created this cigar and the Robusto even got Cigar of the Year for 2008 from Cigar Aficionado. The Casa Magna Robusto was rated a 92 in Cigar Insider and Cigar Aficionado. This Nicaraguan puro is a medium-full bodied smoke rolled in Nestor Plascencia's Segovia factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. The oily Colorado wrapper finishes off the Nicaraguan binder and filler. Available in Belicoso, Gran Toro, Robusto, and Torito sizes .

Dark Side  - Punch Super Robusto PCC Regional Release 2007

This cigar is the new vitola of this prestigious brand exclusively handmade for Habanos lovers in the Asia Pacific markets. These Habanos are part of one unique issue of 2140 numbered cases with both 25 and 50 cabinet boxes. A wonderful hand rolled cigar with a rich, oily Colorado Claro wrapper, with the unique limited double band on the cigar, stating Exclusivo Asia Pacifico.

Punch is one of the very oldest Habano brands. Don Manuel Lopez of Juan Valle & Co founded it in the mid 19th Century with an eye to the booming British market where a humorous magazine of the same name was much in vogue.

A contented Mr Punch, the clown who personified the magazine, is still featured in every box, cigar in hand, and surrounded by 19th Century images of cigar making that remain virtually unchanged over a century and a half later.

In 1925 the Punch moved to the factory where Hoyo de Monterrey was made and this long association continues to the present day.
